What We Check in Your HVAC System

The air handler blower compartment, where condensation and dust collect.
The return ductwork, which pulls air from the home back to the unit.
The supply ductwork, which carries air to every room.

If we find growth, we may take a swab to confirm what type of mold is in the system, and air samples to see whether it is reaching the rooms. Results from the accredited lab are typically back in 24-48 hours, in a written report with photos.

Why We Never Perform Remediation

Florida Statute 468 requires mold assessors and mold remediators to be separate licensed entities. Quality Mold Solutions is strictly an assessment firm. We identify, document, and report. Remediation goes to a contractor of your choosing, one with no relationship to us.

This matters because when the same company assesses and remediates, the financial incentive to find more mold (and recommend more work) is built into the business model. Our structure removes that incentive entirely. Every finding in our reports reflects what is actually present in the property, nothing more and nothing less. When remediation is complete, we can return independently to verify the work was done correctly through our Post-Remediation Verification service.
